Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, Saint Jack is unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.
Refunds or replacement products will be offered only in the event that a product is faulty. If you have received the incorrect product, or believe your product is damaged or faulty, please email hello@saintjack.com.au with details and photos within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order confirmation number in the email so we can find your order easily and process your request as soon as possible.
